Email Response Operators
It would be very helpful if you could use the email responses for some case types for actions in the case. Such as a response to a Change with the text "#approved" could mark the Change as approved.

Thanks for the feedback. At the moment we don't have the ability for users to approve changes or releases using keywords via email.
It is something that is often requested, and is under consideration.
