Is anyone else having problems with feedback? We have noticed we have not received many feedback reports this month and there has only been about 20 requests for feedback sent when we usually send abo...
We also have not received feedback in several weeks until this morning, when people began giving feedback en masse for tickets closed weeks ago. It appears there was some sort of bottleneck on the feedback system that was recently cleared perhaps?
