swampyedwards I'm sorry we don't typically handle API inquiries in this Community, though you should hear back from Support in about 7 days if they're not too busy.
I have tried to email the developer support but no response so thought I would try here.
I am able to POST a new incident using the G2ASD API v2 but I am unable to create with a custom "occurred_at" date time or update this value with a PUT incident.
Has anyone else had any luck or can point me to how to capture this correctly?
