How do I run a report, with a start and an end time, and get the total # of hours tracked by each support tech?
When I run a report, I'm using "resolved by" and "total time spent" to track how much time each team member tracks. But I'm not sure that's accurate. I'm hoping to get a report that just has a star...
Hi Rob,
The GoToAssist Service Desk 'Activity Report' in your Admin Center should give you an overview that you can sort by Agent, for the purposes of comparing work done between different users. Otherwise, there's a 'Service' report that has overall Summaries of your companies completed tasks.
