Incident Triggers add email to watchlist

That would be nice feature to add external emails automatically to the watchlist as a trigger. You could build a trigger for each client/customer. Looks like now we can only add licensed users/tecnician to the watchlist as a trigger. I have a person that wants to be on the watchlist of every ticket someone on her team submits. Currently mave to manually copy in her email address each time.
