Include CI on template
Can we add the ability to link CIs to templates? For example, I'm setting up some templates, one of which is to perform monthly maintenance on servers.
I'd like to link various servers to this template, so that when I create a new ticket based on the template each time I don't have to manually link the items. I don't see that ability.

- Hey Jason,
This is a great idea, and I'm sure it's one that going to become quite popular moving forward. For the moment we've intentionally built templates without being able to link to existing records.
It might be an addition some time in the future.
