iOS Mobile App Push Notifications?

Does anyone know if the mobile app is ever going to have notifications when a new ticket is created? I found a post from 2 years ago that said it was coming.....Then crickets. 

Any news on this?

    Hi Anna,
    I think this is a great idea.  At this time we don't have a New Ticket Notifications feature for Service Desk mobile apps, but we'll update this thread if there are any changes.  Thanks for checking in!
