Is it possible for me to create a new tab like the existing ones like message? I would like to create a new tab called "The Lab"
Is it possible for me to create a new tab like the existing ones like knowledge/message? I would like to create a new tab called "The Lab" for my customers!

While creating new, custom tabs is not an option at this time, I have make this Community Post classified as an 'Idea' for future improvements.
