Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?

@Matt - More control over notifications is definitely a challenge we will tackle in later versions of the app and was something we did cut from the v1 scope. Out of interest, do you have 'hidden comments by default' turned on within the web app? Or is this something that's specific to using the app when mobile?
