Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?
If not, is one in the works?

@Luke - we have hidden comments turned OFF by default. so works as we want in the web app, but with the ios app we have to ensure we click 'hide comment' before we add a comment. So it seems the app does not inherit the web app settings in that regard.
