Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?
If not, is one in the works?
Customer contact info does not display all or only displays some information and some information is incorrect; address etc...
It would be nice to see History and place Incidents On Hold. Also would be nice if Account Admins have a Delete Incident option.
What is the log out time value? Will there be an option to keep signed in?
