Is there a way to notify all service desk staff when a ticket is created

When a ticket is submitted I want all help desk staff to be notified including managers. How do I do this?

    Hi Frank,
    An easy way to do this would be to create rules in your email client to forward / redirect emails from Service Desk to a select group of users.
