We continue to have this issue reported to us by clients.
I had a ticket open but LogMeIn was unable to explain it.
But obviously this is not an isoloted instance.

David Kiley1 --- I found a ticket for your email dated back several months, marked as resolved. If this is not the case, was it the same as ticket #GTASD-1858 ? If you don't recall, can you confirm the case number?
