drogge6New Member10 years agoIssues with "Start Support Session" button with recent updateWhen we click on "Start Support Session" within the incident nothing happens, the session never starts, it appears to just timeout. This happens across several browsers.
BcshayActive Contributor10 years agoFYI; works for me on Chrome. There is a programstart java notification which needs to be allowed to run in order to launch the GoToAssist App.
