When closing a call that is paused we've found that if you forget to take it off-hold before closing it it fails the SLA. Can a warning dialogue be displayed to alert the user to this fact?
This is a very interesting question, and probably more of a bug than a feature request. I think that if you resolve something that's already on hold, technically you should have still met the SLA.
I'll do some digging and see if this should be the case.
