popup info in Mac

Can you tell us which operating system you're using? 

To remote control this host, LogMeIn needs Accessibility permission:

1 - Click Start Process to open the Access windows.

2 - Click Open Security Preferences to open the Security and Privacy windows.

3 - Click on the lock icon (in the bottom-left corner) in order to make changes.

4 - Log in with an Administrator account.

5 - When prompted, ensure LMIGUIAgent and LogMeIn are selected. You will be prompted to select these apps multiple times.
