I work from home and my team works from the office. There is no shared network. It's not even a slowdown. It just doesn't open. Sometimes we have to try and compensate for not being able to log in by trying to verbally walk a customer through it. This is crazy when we pay for a system to have that ability. I am not familiar with trace route.

KellyAVC I am sorry for the slowdown there. Would you be able to have someone from your team call our support group to document any issues we're unaware of?
