RECOVER Knowledgebase ARTICLES

Is there a way we can recover old KB articles that were deleted once certain services (categories) in our service desk were updated/deleted?

    Hi Danielle,
    I'm sorry, recovering lost knowledgebase articles is not an option with Service Desk at this time.
