How secure is the Service Desk Database - what protection is in place to stop hackers. How is it protected against server failure ? Is it backed up ? If so by what software/mechanism?
Does the datacenter that hosts Service Desk undergo annual SSAE16 audits? If so, are the audit reports available for review? Thank you.
