Service Catalog?
Hello, Are there any plans to let you create a Service Catalog in the end user portal, like: https://itservices.stanford.edu/ ? We'd like to use the product for more than just ad-hoc inciden...
This is another good one, if Citrix needs examples. Each of these tabs breaks down into an arbitrary number of sub-types, eventually leading to clickable requests that are really just ticket templates.
