Service Desk Web Widget

Are there any plans to add a Web Widget for the Service Desk app?  We would like the ability to add a link to our intranet site that people can click on for Help.  Please let me know if this is avail...

Hi Sarah,

While we do not have any current plans to add a Web Widget for Service Desk, I do think that sounds like a good product enhancement idea!
