Set customized settings as my defaults

With the Labs, every time I login to Service Desk I get the default settings and columns:   When I change/customize these settings they remain but only until I login again. Is there a way to k...

I apologize, the customized columns in Labs / dashboard rely on cookies, and thus if the browser session is refreshed then the custom columns reset to the standard default.  There isn't a way to save custom column titles to default at this time.

Ok thanks.  Can you tell me which cookie(s) so I can manage them so they remain?

    I would think desk.gotoassist.com is the one.

      me too, however in Firefox I wasn't able to get it to remain.  Thanks.
