Start free trial service desk problem

I am trying to start my 30 day free trial, after sign in it tells me 'There seems to be an issue with your account'

    Hi Mattia,
    Sorry for any confusion there.
    I see a Service Desk free trial under the email 'mattia.alberton@nyctea.it'.  If you are using this email to log in, could you test with an alternate web browser?
