Text me when new incident is created?
I'd like to get a text whenever a new incident is created in Service Desk. Currently my users create all tickets via email. I WAS using a google group to work around this but all of a sudden it's...
Any word on the mobile app that was promised over a year ago? Push notifications would accomplish the same thing. I found a thread saying they were working on it and then radio silence for the last 12 months or so.
