Unable to Run Application after clicking link from tech

I get a link from tech that looks like this "  https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com" and I get a pop up that says, "Unable to Run Application" after clicking link.  I don't have an antivirus loaded except for Microsoft.

    Can you please provide more details about your computer? What version of Windows?
