Hi, I created a new team member's user account with GoToServiceDesk. I have added him to our IT Helpdesk user group so he should receive emails when new incidents are created or when he is assigned ...

    If you want to click on my Community name, then direct message me the affected email address, I can check to see if the messages are all being returned to the system.
