What is the limit on attachment file size and quantity?
when creating an incident but also other info.
- In my testing, I was able to attach a file of 51 MB but not 56 MB so I would say 51 MB is the limit. This should be plenty.
Also in my testing I was able to attach 22 files (random I know). That should be plenty for just about everyone.
This is the same limit in the whole product in all locations where you can attach files.

Mike's assessment is correct.
