Where can I learn about how to use service desk
Well, I got a new Job and here they have the Service Desk Product. But I need to know how to config, how to use, also if can find Spanish support will be better.

We have a number of training videos available here: http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/gotoassistservicedesk/videos Unfortunately I am not aware of any Spanish specific resources.
