Why are the surveys spamming me?
I keep entering 0s every time, but they keep coming back. Over and over.. this is my workplace for crying out loud. Can you stop giving me surveys so many times a day? Is there a way to opt out of s...
Yes, they are the wootric surveys that ask you to rate 1-10 and sometimes why. I have received at least 10 today. I have tried answering, ignoring, and dismissing but it's very persistent!
I have checked in with our team and the survey behavior is based on a browser cookie. If you complete or simply close the survey you should not see another one for 180 days. If you are using multiple devices or browsers, each would have its own cookie. I could imagine having cookies disabled or clearing them regularly could cause the survey to be displayed multiple times.
