Working with Service Desk offline
Is there any way to work with the Helpdesk Service desk "Offline". I feel that a workstation client that syncs changes would work well for me. Has anyone figured out a solution for updating information while working offline?

- Well that would defeat the whole purpose of a SaaS application.
