Anonymous "User" showing up in GoToMeeeting attendee report

Hi everybody!

 

I noticed that in the report of one of my meetings, one of the attendees is named "User" with no other additional info: I checked and all the attendee we invited are regularly present with their name in the report, so I don't know who this "User" could be. Has this ever happened? What could be the reason?

    Hi Lisa,

    While we do request that GoToMeeting attendees enter specific names and emails, it is not necessarily a requirement to join meetings.  This could explain anonymous attendee listings on some of your post-broadcast reports.
