Audio stops working after sometime

During meetings, the audio stops functioning entirely for both the organizer and attendees. This issue has been persisting for the past two days and affects multiple accounts across different sessions.

Observations:

  1. When the audio issue occurs, attempting to join the meeting via the mobile app and communicating does not resolve the problem.
  2. Restarting the meeting temporarily restores audio functionality, but the issue reoccurs after a while.

Is there an issue with gotomeeting service? Looking for a resolution.
