Auto Renew for User greyed out

Hello,   We have a company account with several users, now we are trying to deactivate a user (GoTo Plus) and cancel the subscription. But, the option to deactivate auto-renew is greyed out and can...

    I tried that several times, nobody can be reached via phone. Our subscription auto renews October 5th, so we want to cancel it before. is there any email contact for Austria/Germany that can be reached? Thank you.

      MZ9  I'm afraid there isn't a direct email alias for support at this time.  Did you dial the German number listed on the support page I referenced?  If so, please click my Community name to send a private message with your account and contact info for a follow up from a billing specialist.
