Can I retrieve chat logs from an unrecorded GoTo Meeting session?
Hi, I forgot to enable recording for a recent GoTo Meeting session, and the chat logs were not saved. Is there any way to retrieve the chat logs, such as through temporary files or server backups? ...

Chat messages can be downloaded during the meeting or automatically saved to your computer at the end of the meeting, if you use the desktop application. Chat messages are not stored on our servers however, so unfortunately we can not help if automatic saving is not enabled.
