Cannot access old Goto Meeting
One of our resources after the change of email account cannot access
the GotoMeeting product to create meetings why?

lodiniICMQ It appears that the affected user may not have the right products assigned to that login. If you are the account administrator you can check this in the Manage Users section: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/manage-products-for-users
