Cannot edit names of participants on the phone

When attendees call on phone, it shows as Caller 01; Caller 02 etc. There is an option which says edit names but when I click it does not open a dialogue box.  This edit feature was available in the...

Hi robincares22, welcome to the community.

 

Thank you for raising this issue, you should be able to edit the name and this was working correctly the last time I tried. I will check with the team.
