Cloud Recording - Page does not Compute

We upgraded our GTM licenses to include cloud recording. I've tested it a few times but I cannot get the recording to open.  I click open and the next screen that appears is Robot  This page Does Not...

    Thanks for responding. What I discovered is that the Does Not Compute   - Something is broken page appears if the recording is still processing.  It would be better if a page came up indicating that it is still processing.

Hi,

Are you saying that the recordings are saving correctly online, but won't playback for you in the web browser?  If so, have you attempted to use an alternate browser for testing purposes? 

Is your Flash programming up to date on the affected computer?
