Co Organize Field missing
Hi community, we have a small problem after updating our GoTo Meeting licenses. When we now create a new meeting we are not able to add a co Organizer, because the requiered field is missing. We a...

Hi Kate,
problem is solved now! Problem was, after reducing the licenses the admin tool moved the business licenses to other users in our account, away from our edv@ user.
Now it is back working as ususal.Thanks and regards

Nice to see you.
As a GoTo Meeting Business account, you should be able to add Co-Organizers.
When scheduling a new meeting or editing an existing one, you will see the option under Co-Organizers. Do you see this?

thanks much for your reply here.
No, unfortunatly we can't see this field for Co-Organize since we reorganized our licenses. We had to cut them down form 5 to 2. The time before we reduced our lics ths field was there as shown in your pic.What we can see is this:

Hi,
no ideas anyone? Can't believe we are the only company to face this issue.
All settings are double checked and verified. Even with different webbrowsers.
Any held here is highly appreciated as it is really a pain to assists co workers with each meeting, because the organizer of a meeting can't even leave the meeting without ending it for all participants. This was also working before.
