Co-organizer cannot start an audio meeting

We have set up a new "online meeting room" meeting for our emergency response team so that the team can all dial in via their cell phones and do contingency planning whenever they need to.  The organizer has added a co-organizer to the meeting so the co-organizer can dial in to start the meeting if they are not available.

Test 1 - When the organizer dials the TF number to begin the meeting, it asks for the Access Code and then asks them to enter their audio PIN and all is fine.  Others can then dial in and join and hold their discussion.

Test 2 - When the co-organizer dials the TF number to begin the meeting, it asks for the Access Code and then asks them to enter their audio PIN and they get the message that the audio PIN is invalid.  This co-organizer has a GTM license and is able to start their own meetings just fine (meetings where they are the organizer) so we know the audio PIN is valid.  This only happens with meetings where they are a co-organizer.

Is this a bug?  Are we doing something wrong?

shaupt35 Have you tried having the co-organizer actually launch the meeting itself? The attendees could still just dial in as usual.

Thanks Glenn.  We're going to look for another solution as giving out an organizer's audio PIN is a bit of a security issue.
