Co-organizer (pre meeting) is grayed out

I am sorry for any confusion there.
While there is no user limit to the plan you choose, there is a feature limit to Professional GoToMeeting subscriptions that does not currently allow for Co-Organizer functionality.
Currently only GoToMeeting Business and Enterprise plans offer Co-Organizer functionality.

In the admin menu Co-Organizers are enabled: "Co-organizers are enabled. Organizers can select other co-organizers within the account to start and share meetings".
When users try to add a new meeting the option is greyed out. There's a mouseover message saying the administrator has not enabled this option: "Your admin has disabled this setting".
Is this an issue with the PRO account or is there another place to enable co-organizers?
