Daniel was very knowlegable. However it's the design flaws for allowing permission to use microphone that causes constant audio problems. You need to make this MUCH larger so it can't be avoided. Als...

Welcome to the GoTo Community. I'm glad you found customer support knowledgeable and appreciate your feedback. A few suggestions: 

 

  • The first time an attendee joins a session using the web, you're prompted to grant permissions for your microphone. If this is denied accidentally, when pressing the microphone icon on the toolbar, you are instructed on how to give permissions. 
  • One recommendation when using the browser is to use the camera zoom on the right-hand side which allows you to adjust what's being shared. You can also hide webcams by using the control on top center to free up screen space.
