Downloading recorded videos after the 1year period

My recorded videos are a little over 1year to 4years. I know the site policy to download is set to 1year after the recording. Is there a provision where I can get access to my recorded files from ...

    Hi AmobiANA welcome to the GoTo Community. 

     

    Unfortunately, we don't have any way to retrieve a recording after one year, and don't have any setting to be able to save recordings for more than one year.

     

    If you need a recording available longer, we recommend downloading the file.

Are they permanently deleted from GoTo’s servers, or is there a provision for retrieving these files later, possibly for an additional fee?
