    Hi nainesh,

     

    It depends on if you are using GoToMeeting Classic (orange flower looking icon), or the new GoTo App experience (G icon).

    • If you are still using GoToMeeting Classic: 
      UDP 8200 Recommended, used for integrated Voice over IP (VoIP) and in-session communication
      UDP 1853 Recommended, used for integrated webcam video support and Voice over IP (VoIP) and in-session communication
    • If you are using the GoTo App:
      UDP port 45000-65535 or
      UDP port 3478 or
      TCP port 3478 or port 443

I need some more help here.

 

I want to know what UDP ports and IPs are used for a  GoToMeeting call. The call can happen on GoTo Mobile App / Desktop App, on a browser or on any other platform.

 

Minimal Firewall Settings for the GoTo App

As per this article, UDP ports 45000-65535  and 3478 are used.

 

Allow listing and Firewall Configuration for GoTo Meeting

In the parent article,

UDP Port 1853 and 8200 are mentioned for " VoIP" ( and also in-session communication).

 

I am a little confused here. VoIP is used in calls, right ? Can I also get traffic on UDP port 1853 and 8200 when on GoToMeeting call on any platform ?
