GoTo/GoToConnect vs GoToMeeting
 Is GoTo/GoToConnect the same as GoToMeeting?     Been having some confusion here on my end because GoToMeeting desktop shortcut seemed to have disappeared and cannot locate it when searching in Windo...
- 4 years agoYou may still be seeing the older app installed, which can still be used by accounts that have not upgraded yet. The GoTo app will be the main software in use moving forward.

The new overall brand name is called "GoTo", which includes several different services like Meeting, Webinar, and Connect. These services will be fully integrated together so you can call, text, IM, schedule and host all from one place.
** You should definitely have a 'desktop' app installed and visible within your programs list, when using a Windows OS: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/how-do-i-install-gotomeeting-on-windows

Is there a difference in using GoTo desktop app vs GoToMeeting desktop app for meetings? Other than the separation into 2 different apps seems to be they accomplish the same thing but wanted clarification.
If that is the case, I don't really see a reason to continue using GoToMeeting, especially if GoTo has the same features and more integrated into 1 app.
