Hi robincares22, welcome to the community.
We have made a slight change with muting in the GoTo App, Organizer's can mute attendees and prompt them to unmute (the attendee sees a message on their screen). For the privacy and security of the attendee, organizers cannot unmute their microphone directly.

Hello GlennD​, I realize now that I may have accidentally posted my request tagging onto a separate post. And I also am following up on this request MUCH later.
However, I still cannot locate an option to edit participant's names within the GoTo desktop app call in progress. I am using this version: Windows states version 4.15.0, whereas the client about section states version 0.156.0.
Per your previous instructions, I don't quite understand which windows to merge as the desktop app is the only open window, and I couldn't find any merge option within the toolbar.
When I view the People pane, I can see the three dots options per person in the call. When I select the options for my own name, I see an option to "Edit name & email". However, there is no equivalent option to rename any other participant in the call.
