Incomplete recording

Incomplete recording The recording of my meeting was incompletely uploaded to the cloud. help i need it urgently ID: 975-102-949

    Hi wwalteros ,

    Do you know if a backup copy of the recording was made to the desktop hosting the GoTo broadcast?  If not, then you may need to call into Customer Support to file a case with them, to see if any recovery can be made.
