Missing Feature - Remote Control Everyone

I've already complained about this feature being missing on the new go to meeting app about a month ago and am waiting for this simple feature to be re-added. Will keep updating this post.

    Hi GTMFeedback3, 

    Nice to see you. 

    • At this time I don't have a timeline for this feature, but I will continue to report your interest. 
    • Esc key not passing through to the remote control is currently known, thanks for your report. 
    • Ctrl+S opening the calendar setting is a known issue. The workaround is to use flexible view (pop-out) because this only happens when the GoTo App is in the combined layout (single window) view, if you click on Pop Out and switch to the flexible view this issue does not happen.

    Hi GTMFeedBack3,

     

    Currently there is no ETA on #1 or #3. For number #2 if you disable Always on top while in flex view/popped out mode you can alt+tab to different application windows and the GTM windows will go behind them.

    Hi,

    Happy New Year. It's been a few months, so I am checking back to see if there is any progress made on:

    1. Remote Control All
    2. Ctrl + S (I know of the work around, but it's not great since flexible can't be minimized)
    3. Esc losing control

    Hi,

    Can you provide progress of this feature or a timeline?

    There are 2 additional bugs:

    1. The "Esc" key does not pass through to the remote computer, instead it just exits control.
    2. "CTRL+S" does not pass through and save documents in the remote computer, instead it goes to some calendar setting.
