Muting and unmuting all phone callers in iphones and ipads

Hello,   I cannot mute or unmute phone callers on my iPhone or iPad. Any suggestion?

    Hi Cgrant welcome to the GoTo Community. This does appear to be the case, while you can mute those on the app, you can't mute phone callers on the iOS app. I've replicated your experience and passed this on to the mobile experience team. You can use desktop app as a workaround.
