New subscription not visible in GoToMeeting

Hi all, we have recently upgraded our license to " GoToMeeting Business - G2MBSOSS" with 5 seats. In the billing portal (as corporate account) we can see that the new license is active. The other...

    Hi Dennis, 

    Typically these corporate contract / provisioning issues must be handled by LMI Account Services.  I will DM you some instructions on the next steps to contact them directly.
