No invoice after purchase

Hello, usually we were getting an invoice after succesful payment but this time there is no mail with it. There are invoices in the billing center but without VAT number. How can I get PDF invoice...

Hi kmgen Welcome to the GoTo Community

 

I checked with the team and the VAT number is located on the Invoice, under the GoTo Technologies address. You should be able to see that in the billing center. If you can't find it, I can private message it to you here.

    Unfortunately, our VAT number is missing on the invoice in "Invoice History".
